I’m pleased to announce that New Horizons has received full three-year accreditation from the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF)!

CARF is an independent, nonprofit organization. It provides accreditation worldwide to those organizations that meet their high standards, demonstrating a commitment to offering the best available services.

In receiving this recognition, my sincere thanks go out to our dedicated staff and board of directors. I am very grateful for their support and hard work to make this recognition possible, giving our deserving Members the best that we have to offer.

There is much to be proud of as an organization that works to empower individuals with special needs, including our surveyor’s written comments that say,

“New Horizons is a well established and well organized provider…with a strong emphasis on inclusive, community based, and person-centered services, and the enthusiasm and dedication of the leadership toward the organization’s mission, vision, values and strategic plan are evident.”
