Cynthia Sewell Visits Peggy Carr

Here’s New Horizons President/CEO Cynthia Sewell paying a visit to our dear friend Peggy Carr at her home in Henderson, Nevada on September 29. Peggy is the executor of an estate that donated $1.5 million to help build the agency’s Annex building which houses our administration offices; repave/redo our rear parking lot; fund the endowment, and help furnish three of our group homes that were built in the early part of 2001, 2003.
