Notice to the Public
To ensure New Horizons’ Members/prospects are aware of its commitment to Title VI compliance, and of their right to file a civil rights complaint, New Horizons has presented the following language, in English, Armenian, Spanish, and Tagalog on its website and on bulletins at its main offices located in North Hills, California.
Your Civil Rights
New Horizons, in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act, operates its programs and services without regard to race, color, and national origin. In addition, New Horizons does not discriminate on the basis of religion, sex, disability (physical or mental), age, genetic information, marital status, sexual orientation or identity, AIDs/HIV status, medical condition, political views or affiliations in accordance with Title VI Civil Rights Act. Any person who believes they have been aggrieved by any unlawful discriminatory practice may file a complaint with New Horizons.
